<br />PUBLIC OUTREACHAlthough the City has stated they will do most of the public outreach on this project, CGA can provide critical support in the way of community outreach, preparation of graphics, meeting attendance, and project updates. Most of our practice has been in the public sector, and therefore coupled with the necessary abilities to inform and engage the residents and stakeholders through various public involvement mechanisms. Having the majority of the team of professionals as a unified team under a single roof, CGA is not only able to develop, communicate and solicit discussions about a larger vision affecting the project, but we are cognizant of the processes and means to communicate that vision and need to the public. These are essential and integral aspects of public participation processes. CGA has experience working with the residents and local agency to move utility services from the alley or backs of houses to the street front which takes a special and focused public outreach program. The CGA team is prepared to assist the City with this as much or as little is requested of us.

<br />Founded in 1997, RADISE International, L.C. (RADISE) specializes in providing Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing and Inspection Services. RADISE has a staff of 66 including local professional engineers, field and laboratory technicians, geotechnical drillers, inspectors and support staff servicing Broward, Palm Beach and Miami Dade Counties. Our senior staff has 250+ years of combined Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing and Inspection experience.
<br />RADISE has been serving Florida for 21 years, and has always been a financially sound firm. We have a history of no litigation, and maintain a safety first record of no OSHA lost time.

<br />For 21 years RADISE has provided geotechnical engineering, field and lab construction materials testing, inspection and quality control services for projects throughout Florida. Our significant experience and a solid background working with both the Public and Private Sectors in South Florida includes continuing service contracts with numerous Cities, Counties, and School Districts, and we work extensively with the SFWMD, FDOT and USACE, on operations that run 24/7.
<br />STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
<br />Since 1998, Alan Gerwig & Associates (AGA) has been providing professional engineering services on municipal engineering projects. Our office is located in Wellington with a current staff of five (5) professionals and three (3) technical support staff. AGA is experienced in servicing continuing contracts with municipalities and government agencies.
<br />AGA has designed a wide variety of marine and civil structural projects for various municipalities, such as the Town of Palm Beach, Village of North Palm Beach, the City of Delray Beach, the City of West Palm Beach, Town of Lake Worth and Palm Beach County.
<br />In addition to its bridge capability, AGA has developed a structural engineering design team for buildings, environmental and special purpose structures. Besides the design of new structures, this team is also experienced in structural condition surveys of existing buildings and designing upgrades and additions to these buildings. This is especially important in an area where Hurricane Hardening has become essential.
<br />Expertise in marine structures includes the design of bulkhead walls, boat ramps and marinas, incorporating floating dock systems and wave attenuation structures. AGA has extensive experience in the design of large water control structures, pedestrian tunnels and storm water pump stations.
