(the Company), a Florida corporation founded in 1937, is a
professional engineering firm providing consulting services in the areas of planning, design,
surveying, contract observation and administration.

Revenues are derived from billings for services, and reimbursable expenses.

Effective February 9, 2018 SAFEbuilt acquired Calvin, Giordano & Associates. Since 1937, CGA
has successfully served some of the most innovative and reputable municipalities in Florida and
SAFEbuilt is thrilled to build on this success.

Founded in 1992, SAFEbuilt partners with over 800 communities for the efficient delivery of
privatized community development solutions including: building department, planning & zoning,
and code enforcement services. Our dedicated team of professionals has worked closely with local
governments for over 25 years to meet their communities’ unique needs by offering a personalized
approach that provides innovative technology, proven best practices, expert personnel and improved
service levels. With the addition of CGA, SAFEbuilt now has over 1,000 employees in 14 states and
a wealth of experience to draw on. Clients now have access to a greater breadth and depth of
resources than ever before. The CGA name and management team remains intact. There will be no
impact on the high level of service clients on both sides have been accustomed to receiving. They
will continue to work with the same team of professionals and all current pricing and current
contractual agreements with CGA will remain the same.

SAFEbuilt was in talks with CGA for quite some time, and both groups agree that there is
tremendous synergy and similarities between the two organizations. Both companies share very
similar core values, especially the desire and passion for providing exemplary service to our clients..
When it comes down to it, both companies have a strong team of professionals who are willing to go
the extra mile to get the job done the right way.

SAFEbuilt is looking forward to working with CGA and all the exciting milestones that will come
from this partnership.

Note B – Basis of Accounting

The Company's policy is to prepare its overhead schedules that support the statement of direct labor,
fringe benefits, and general overhead, on the basis of accounting practices prescribed by Subparts
9900 and Part 31 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Section 112.061 of the Florida
Statutes, and Florida Department of Management Services Rule 60L-9. Accordingly, the above-
mentioned statement is not intended to present the results of operations of the Company in
conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.

70
