Since then, the firm expanded from its original, technical orientation in <br />municipal engineering and surveying into a full-service civil engineering practice with specialized <br />expertise in engineering, surveying & mapping, grants/loan assistance, construction management, utility <br />locates and CAD design & development. <br />FIRM SIZE - CAS's professional, technical and administrative personnel numbering 40+ people <br />represent professionals in the fields of civil engineering, water and wastewater engineering, storm water <br />engineering, surveying, mechanical engineering, construction engineering, grant specialists, utility <br />locating, computer sciences, and finance. More specifically, CAS staff members consists of six (6) <br />Registered Professional Engineers, one (1) Registered Professional Surveyor with three (3) survey <br />crews, two (2) ADDA Certified Drafters, one (1) GIS Specialist and the balance of staff including <br />additional technical CADD drafting personnel; three (3) certified field inspectors; ten (10) utility <br />locators; as well as competent administrative, clerical and accounting personnel, to provide the City <br />with the expertise required to perform the duties requested under this contract. <br />ORGANIZATION - CAS is organized into five technical operating divisions each under the supervision of <br />a Vice President or Director.
