Matt entered this industry in 1984 and has worked for numerous Independent Dealers in Florida and Pittsburgh, PA before joining IKON Office Solutions in 1997. Matt has been exposed to many Sales/Sales Management positions over the years and most recently was the Director of Sales in the GA Marketplace for IKON. He has a wealth of knowledge constructing sales coverage, driving strategic Sales and developing marketing strategies. As the President for TBSFL, Matt has P &L responsibilities for Toshiba's second largest subsidiary. Brian Curry- Vice President of Sales - Over 26 years of industry experience , Brian has held numerous positions with Toshiba including manager for the major account and government division, In this position, Brian was responsible for successful implementation of large government and private contracts. Other positions included President of Toshiba Business Solutions New England and most recently heading up the Florida Sales Organization Mike Dumbleton VP of Service — Mike originally from the Philadelphia area, joined TBSFUGA 23 year ago, and has lived in Florida with his family since 1984. Mike entered this industry 30 years ago and has worked for numerous Independent Dealers in Florida and Philadelphia all within the Toshiba family. He has been exposed to many Service Management positions over the years, as the current VP of Service for TBSFUGA; Mike brings a tremendous amount of industry and customer service experience to our Toshiba team. Mike has P &L responsibilities for Toshiba's second largest subsidiary. Sharon McNeill - Customer Care Manager - joined TBSFUGA 16 years ago as the receptionist, moving into the role of Executive Assistant. Sharon is currently the Customer Care Manager, responsible for providing internaUexternal customer service and working closely with the Public Relation Dept. partnering with the community. Sharon moved to Coral Springs Florida with her family in 1979. Brian Lynn - Aftermarket — Managed Print Services Director - Brian has joined Toshiba Business Solutions 2.5 years ago. Brian has a strong background with Managed Print Services serving Brovrard, Dade and Palm Beach County. Brian has worked on several projects that involved reducing and right sizing Fleets that have saved companies anywhere from a minimum of 28% to 52% in just printing costs. Prior to joining Toshiba -Brian was a VP of Operations for the 5th largest Wholesaler in the State of Florida. Pauline Gregory - Government Account Representative - Pauline Gregory joined Toshiba Business Solutions Florida in 1994 as a Marketing Representative and then as a Leasing Administrator for the Government and Major Accounts team. She transferred into Government Sales in 2008 and has represented the State of Florida Agencies, Broward County Govt, Broward County Public Schools and the Cities in Broward County, Florida. She has 6 years experience in this industry and brings experience in dealing with leasing companies, as well as day -to-day customer service issues from equipment to billing issues. Melissa Nemia - Project Coordinator — Melissa Nemia joined the TBSFL team in April 2009 and comes from a 10 year background working in the Information Technology /Office Solutions field. Melissa entered the industry in 1999, with IKON, specializing in IT project management/coordination, managing local projects. Her career then moved into the outside sales arena, responsible for pre and post sales account management for customers throughout South Florida. Melissa has been a resident of South Florida since 1999, currently Irving in Palm Beach County.
