Arias, Chief Information Officer <br />DATE: 4/18/2013 <br />RE: Citywide Managed Print Services from TOSHIBA. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached resolution <br />granting purchase . authority and approval on a Managed Print Services <br />agreement with Toshiba Business Solutions Florida, in an amount not to exceed <br />$10,000.00 annually. <br />REASONS: <br />The City presently spends an estimated $18,000 annually on toner for desktop <br />laser printers.
