A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
ITY OF S3.INNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING
1AQAC5►4 /t(--t6/ AS VICE MAYOR; PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the Mayor has the authority to nominate the Vice Mayor,with confirmation by
the City Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida,provides that there
shall be a Vice Mayor who shall be appointed after a general election or run-off election at a
Commission meeting of such year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Declaration of Vice Mayor. That 1,4VAC.4VEefild shall be Vice Mayor
commencing immediately, pursuant to §2.2(b) of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Municipal Charter.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20111 day of December 18.
