ITB Gateway Park Center (ITB #19-01-01).
TGSV Enterprises, Inc. was incorporated on March 22, 1996 in Hialeah, FL as
a State of Florida Corporation. TGSV has provided Construction Management
and General Contracting services in South Florida since its inception. We have
successfully completed over 25 projects for governmental agencies and
municipalities in Miami Dade and Broward Counties. Many of these projects
contained similar effects to the Gateway Park Center including auditoriums,
gallery’s, performance stages, cultural effects, and audio-visual specialties.
