TGSV QUALIFICATIONS
1. Qualifications
TGSV Enterprises, Inc.’s ability to provide sustainable preconstruction, construction
management and/or general construction services is demonstrated not only by our
long history of successful projects for both public and private entities. Incorporated on
March 22, 1996 in Hialeah, FL as a State of Florida Corporation. TGSV Enterprises,
Inc. corporate office has been located at 1301 W 68th Street Hialeah, FL 33014 since
its incorporation. All of our operations during pre-construction and construction
phases are run from this office. TGSV has provided Construction Management and
General Contracting services in South Florida since its inception.

TGSV’s geographical services areas include Monroe, Dade, Broward and West Palm
Beach Counties. We only have one main office located at 1301 W 68th Street
Hialeah, FL 33014
2.ORGANIZATION
1. TGSV Enterprises, Inc. is a Corporation and was incorporated on March 22, 1996
in Hialeah, FL as a State of Florida Corporation. It has been involved in on going
work in South Florida since its inception (21 Years.)

c. Richard Gomez - Vice President

e. Mary Tatum - Corporate Secretary
3. TGSV Enterprises, Inc. has not experienced a significant change in organizational
structure, ownership or management during the past three years.
3. BUSINESS AFFILIATIONS
TGSV Enterprises, Inc. has no other business affiliations, subsidiaries, joint ventures
or arrangements.

4. SERVICES
TGSV Enterprises, Inc. provides Construction Management, General Contracting and
Design Build services in South Florida since. We have specialized in Governmental,
Healthcare, Commercial and Aviation Facilities; both New Construction and
Renovation type projects.
5. SANCTIONS
TGSV Enterprises, Inc. has never been sanctioned or fined. Nor has any other legal
license related action has been taken against our firm.
