The undersigned parties hereby agree that the financial information provided to the City
of Sunny Isles Beach by Nunez Construction,in response to Gateway Park Center Bid 19-01-01
is confidential and that any and all copies of said financial information shall be returned to the
City at the conclusion of the hearing on the bid protest.
