Home My WebLink AboutReso 2019-29584- RESOLUTION NO.2019- Z`%' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY SUNNY ISLES PROPERTY VENTURE, LLC ("APPLICANT") TO PLACE TWO (2) TEMPORARY SIGNS AT THE RITZ CARLTON RESIDENCES PROJECT LOCATED AT 15701-15795 COLLINS AVENUE; SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; PROVIDING THE CITY MANAGER WITH THE AUTHORITY TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Sunny Isles Property Venture, LLC located at 1300 Brickell Avenue, submitted an application to the City of Sunny Isles Beach requesting to place two (2) temporary banners for the approved Ritz Carlton Residences project; and WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to approve the request to place two temporary banners on the tower wall for the Ritz Carlton Residences Project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approval of Temporary Banner. Pursuant to Section 265-14 of the Code of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, the City Commission hereby approves the request submitted by the Applicant, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2. Section 2. Conditions. The Applicant is required to obtain all necessary permits for the installation of two banners and such banners must be installed according to plans submitted with this application. The banner cannot be relocated and/or replaced without prior approval from the City Manager. The banner must be removed from the tower no later than one year from the approval date unless an extension is provided by City Manager or designee. Section 3. Authorization of the City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution Section 4. (` 1 ATT � ,; Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
