To whom it may concern:
It is my pleasure to recommend Larimer & Co. for branding and community
placemaking services. Larimer & Co. was selected by The Bove Company and
Parkway Properties as the Agency of Record for The Helix at Lake Mary -- a 300 -
unit, $60M Class A resort -style multifamily community nestled on 16 -acres in the
heart of Lake Mary's Wellness and Technology Park — a 153 -acre, $750M mixed-
use master -planned community. Shanon and his team conducted extensive
demographic and historical research to provide the naming, theming, overall
identity, creative strategy and brand messaging from concept through
completion. They also worked to provide historically relevant street names for
the development that appealed to community stakeholders and city officials. The
extensive research far surpassed our expectations and even educated us on some
of the history and highlights of Lake Mary, while adhering to the guidelines we
provided for the vision of our project.
Given the success of the branding of The Helix at Lake Mary, we have discussed
enlisting Larimer and Co.'s services for the naming and branding of the entire
Wellness and Technology Park. The 153- acre park houses Orlando Health, with
plans for a hotel, assisted living, office space, and residential space. We are
confident Larimer and Co.'s attention to detail and creativity will create a
standout product and ensure cohesiveness throughout the entire project.
Shanon digs deep to clearly understand and identify the difference maker and sets
forth creative, on point branding images and language at the highest level. He is
the total package, passionately combining his unique intellectual research, and
architectural design craft.
