14 HOOK+BRIDGE RFP Nº 19-07-02WORK SAMPLES305.785.3418 | patty@pattysoffer.com | writer/strategist ecotechvisions.com | pandwe@ecotechvisions.com AN EXECUTIVE SUMMARY #spreadthegreen The Ecopreneur’s Playbook for the GreenTech Micromanufacturing Revolution by Dr. Pandwe Gibson A Manufacturing Revolution is Underway It’s creative. Income-generating. Inclusive. Local. And green. Hey, America! Manufacturing is baaaaack, and its newest iteration is micro, local, and accessible. In #spreadthegreen: The Ecopreneur’s Playbook for the GreenTech Micromanufacturing Revolution, author Dr. Pandwe Gibson introduces the GreenTech Micromanufacturing Revolution (GTMM) to ordinary folks in undeserved communities in cities and towns across nations. Part social movement, part economic opportunity, GTMM, also called advanced manufacturing, offers the everyday innovator a way to create products and profit through local micro manufacturing, while also protecting people and the planet. GTMM is an emerging, digital, vital, relevant, practical and sustainable ecosystem comprised of ecopreneurs, creators, programmers, co-workers, collaborators, mentors, investors and nonprofits, all working together in apprentice-based incubators and other communal workspaces to start small businesses, rebuild communities and advance lives. Yet many Americans are not yet aware of this potentially life-changing option, having cut our collective teeth on decades of restrictive, dirty, expensive, high-minimum factories and offshore outsourcing. The average person was shut out. What’s also new is connecting micromanufacturing with green and tech. GTMM offers an achievable, sustainable, small-batch, wealth- generation opportunity. Dr. Gibson’s ecopreneurial vision is to bring micromanufacturing back to communities across the land so people can become self-sustaining, sustainable business owners. Best of all, there’s no need for the expensive student loans that Dr. Gibson undertook. It has always been important to her to be around the best people, so her degrees have brought massive value. Yet she has said that she learned about business when she ran one. Same goes for GTMM. So #spreadthegreen has been created as an alternate, relevant learning at an everyman-mba level specific to this emerging industry. It’s about understanding where the best people and proper resources are and accessing them to achieve your goals. The book is designed as a “show and tell” for ecopreneurs who want to create a green product, service or business, but have no idea how to go about it. It also features a rich assortment of relevant resources, and a glossary explaining the language of both business and green, eliminating substantial pain from the learning curve. #spreadthegreen features the ETV|MBA curriculum Dr. Gibson developed for her own GTMM incubator, EcoTech Visions (ETV) in Miami, FL. Along with specific information on how to start, certify and operate an eco product, service or business, her ETV|G.O.A.L. ™ strategies and ETV| Seven Steps to Green ™ help readers take their product from idea to startup to market. Don’t try to read this book in a day. Rather, use it as a guide to be referred to over and over again as you progress though your green product and business development. If some of the content is familiar, skip around to those sections that aren’t. Likewise, return to any step for reminders as you journey through your creation process. It’s textbook-ish, only more fun. Instead of a grade, you can end up with a business and a product. ©2018 by Dr. Pandwe Gibson Launching on Earth Day 2019 ©2018 Pandwe Gibson • All Rights Reserved • No reprint without permission 1 A Publishing Proposal for #spreadthegreen by Dr. Pandwe Gibson EcoTech Visions, LLC 670 NW 112 Street | Miami, FL | 33168 305.399.5556 773.495.3897 pandwe@ecotechvisions.com BOOKS Click here to view complete PDF 15 HOOK+BRIDGE RFP Nº 19-07-02WORK SAMPLESPERSONAL BRANDING Clemantine Breaking the Bondage of Silent Stories Click here to view complete PDF 16 HOOK+BRIDGE RFP Nº 19-07-02WORK SAMPLESPERSONAL BRAND EXPLORATION WINSTON MOSS BRAND AND STRATEGY EXPLORATION As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.—King Solomon Click here to view complete PDF 17 HOOK+BRIDGE RFP Nº 19-07-02WORK SAMPLESBRAND REFRESHMENT BEFORE AFTER VIKING PURE SOLUTIONS BRAND GUIDELINES 18 HOOK+BRIDGE RFP Nº 19-07-02WORK SAMPLESBRAND REFRESHMENT BEFORE AFTER 19 HOOK+BRIDGE RFP Nº 19-07-02WORK SAMPLESBRAND REFRESHMENT BEFORE AFTER 20 HOOK+BRIDGE RFP Nº 19-07-02WORK SAMPLESBRANDING NEW YACHTS • BROKERAGE • MARINE ACCESSORIES • VIP EXPERIENCES NEW SUPERYACHT LOCATION ON WATSON ISLAND AT ISLAND GARDENS DEEP HARBOUR SHOWMANAGEMENT.COM YACHT MIAMI BEACHTM 28 YEARS ON COLLINS AVENUE 2016 SHOWCASING THE WORLD’S MOST GORGEOUS YACHTS February 11-15, 2016 28 YEARS ON COLLINS AVENUE FP DuPont Ad.indd 1 10/21/15 11:35 AM 21 HOOK+BRIDGE RFP Nº 19-07-02WORK SAMPLESWINNING RFP FOR SOUTH BEACH PARK CONCESSIONS HALLANDALE BEACH, FL CAROLE PUMPIAN FORTY EIGHT EQUITIES, INC 2751 S OCEAN DRIVE • #1107N HOLLYWOOD FL 33019 305-761-6536 CAROLE0902@AOL.COM PRESENTS A PROPOSAL IN RESPONSE TO RFP #FY 2013-2014-01 YOSSEF COHEN YCGROUP #1 DBA CAFÉ CITA 2751 S OCEAN DRIVE • #1107N HOLLYWOOD FL 33019 786 -315-6854 YOSSI176@AOL.COM PROPOSAL PREPARED BY: AUGUST 20, 2014 Click here to view complete PDF 22 HOOK+BRIDGE RFP Nº 19-07-02WORK SAMPLESCITY REVITALIZATION 1 3 2 heads up downtown! we’re transforming you into a vibrant, diverse community of residential, retail, cultural and commercial activity unlike anything this city has ever known. nowhere else will you find an opportunity to live a round-the-clock city lifestyle in such fantastic surroundings. it all starts now! met 1 introducing the first residential tower. visit our sales center to learn about met 1’s 447 diverse luxury condominiums that include lofts, tower suites and penthouses. met 1 features magnificent views of biscayne bay and the city of miami plus fabulous restaurants, retail venues and amenities. met 2 be on the lookout for met 2, another luxurious residential tower with exciting retail venues and a host of amenities. coming soon. met 3 just when you thought it was all too good to be true, it gets better. met 3‘s luxury residences, retail and amenities will be here before you know it. coming soon. met square introducing your metropolitan miami neighborhood center, with exciting stores, restaurants and entertainment venues. met square’s vibe will bring to mind the culture and energy of new york’s times square district and will provide downtown miami with a long- awaited and much desired social and lifestyle destination. Since its incorporation in 1997, this City has sought to distinguish itself with, among many other things, visionary development projects and the creation of eleven state-of the-art public park facilities that serve as venues for out- standing cultural and recreational programming. Additionally, a brand new K-8 elementary school has been constructed, with a third addition already being contemplated because of its popularity. During this time, the city’s full-time population has nearly doubled and its transient population has increased again several fold with both an active summer and winter season, serving as a world-class destination with access to some of Florida’s finest beaches. Already home now to thousands of new immigrants from all over the world including Russian, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South America, Canada and Europe, what I believe the City needs now is the creation of “community.” Nothing, in my opinion, has the ability to weave the fabric of community more than shared cultural experiences. The arts engage and energize people in a transformative way. Thus, our community foundation was created to invest in the future of the City with a permanent charitable endowment dedicated to promote quality of life through multidisciplinary cultural arts and government initiatives designed to incite and inspire engagement of the City’s diverse population, to focus on creative public space - and place-making, and enhance the culture of Sunny Isles Beach. It is through the philanthropic generosity of others that the Sunny Isles Beach Foundation is able to lead the way. In addition, by working in partnership with the City government, we are uniquely positioned to bring our mission to reality. Please join us in this effort to bring our community together around the arts. You can be part of this exciting and innovative effort. Visit our website at www.sunnyislesbeachfoundation.org. Let us hear from you, give us your ideas, support us with a donation or join our team of volunteers. We look forward to your participation and support by becoming a contributing member of the Sunny Isles Beach Foundation. It generates curiosity. The physical expression of creativity is a bridge, which shifts people from curiosity to an experience that informs, entertains, illuminates, compels, jars memories and makes new ones. This, in essence, is what we do. At H+B, our hook is design. Then we disseminate via strategically selected media for greatest impact. That’s basically it.
