In 2012 I co-founded EyeTalker, a startup company developing eyewear that helped

Proposal # 1908-006-038
Attn.: City Clerk

Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160
Prepared by:

Market Research & Investigation
THE PARTNER
Crea7ive will partner with Shine Insight to complete the market research
portion of this project (Phase 1). Shine Insight is a custom market research
agency that provides quality research solutions using a unique model of
employing 50+ seasoned market researcher and the latest in DIY market
research tools. Their unique models allows them to keep attention and
quality high, while delivering fast and affordable results. They work across a
wide array of industries including travel, tourism, and government.
OBJECTIVE
The City of Sunny Isles Beach desires to understand attitudes, motivations,
and perception towards its city by residents of Miami-Dade County and
beyond. In addition, it wishes to position the main brand by understanding
how and which channels to use to best approach this segment of the
population.
THE APPROACH
There are numerous ways in which to approach the research needs laid out.
Many of them depend on the access that The City of Sunny Isles Beach can
provide to the target audience including emails, addresses, phone numbers,
and more.
Our recommendation is to collect primary and secondary data to gain
market insight into research objectives by using the latest DIY market
research tools available.
For the purposes of this proposal, we have included a few different options
as a starting point before further discussion of available resources and
potential data sources.
QUALITATIVE
WHAT: Traditional focus groups at TBD Sunny Isles Beach location
ASSUMPTIONS:
The City of Sunny Isles Beach will provide a central location in which
focus groups can be conducted with potential participants.
This location will have a minimum of two rooms that can hold 15 people
each.
There will be 5 groups that can be conducted in one full day.
Groups will be 1 hour and moderated by a moderator provided by the
agency.
Crea7ive will handle all invitations, screening, and scheduling of groups.
Groups will be audio recorded.
QUANTITATIVE
There are several approaches that can be taken for quantitative given the
access to the populations that Sunny Beach Isles can provide. These are the
ones we propose:
ONLINE SURVEY
WHAT: We create an online survey that The City of Sunny Isles Beach can
send to participants via email and/or place on a central online location.
ASSUMPTIONS:
Sunny Isles Beach has a emails and/or central website or online source
that has moderate traf c from residents and/or business owners.
Sunny Isles Beach sends out all emails (if applicable).
Survey is 10 minutes or less.
DIRECT MAIL
WHAT: We create a paper survey that is distributed to potential
participants via mail.
ASSUMPTIONS:
Sunny Beach Isles provides list of relevant addresses.
Survey is 10 minutes or less.
Data Download & Visualization
Data visualization is the graphical representation of information and data.
By using visual elements like infographics, charts, maps, data visualization
tools provide an accessible way to see and understand trends, outliers, and
patterns in data.
In the world of Big Data, data visualization tools and technologies are
essential to analyze massive amounts of information and make data-driven
decisions.
This quote includes up to 4 custom infographics and all the necessary
graphs, maps and charts to showcase relevant data.
