Please attach this addendum to the documents in your possession and include the Acknowledgement
of Addenda form with your response incorporated with the Request for Qualifications.
Revisions: (Note: Deletions will be indicated by strikethrough, additions will be
indicated with bold font):
Q1. We would like to request an extension for submittal of this project. We received
Amendment 3 at 5:03pm yesterday. Amendment 3 answered questions with critical
data needed for pricing. It took 1 week for questions to be answered and no extension
was issued. Pricing will need to get rushed in order to obtain the bid bond required.
We don’t feel this is fair for any of the companies going after this project. Thank you in
advance for your prompt response.
A1. The bid opening has been rescheduled for Monday, September 23, 2019 at
2:30 PM. Please submit your sealed bids to the City Clerk, 4TH Floor Government Center.
