BID SUBMITTAL DEADLINE: Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 2:30 PM
Please attach this addendum to the documents in your possession and include the Acknowledgement
of Addenda form with your response incorporated with the Request for Qualifications.
Revisions: (Note: Deletions will be indicated by strikethrough, additions will be
indicated with bold font):
Q1. Section 2, 2.1 mentions Architectural, Civil Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, Structural Engineering among other professional services. Does the
city anticipate a need for Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection Engineering?
A2. This will be covered under the Architecture category as a sub-consultant
to the Prime or within the Architecture Firm.
Based on the RFQ and attached 6.1 Form, my firm was hoping to submit for
MEP services which are listed out separate from Architecture. The wording in the
RFQ makes it seem as though you can submit for services labeled 1 through 10
in Form 6.1.
Can we not submit without an Architecture prime for this RFQ?
A1. Yes, you may submit separately.
