Our team has hundreds of years of collective experience in the transportation industry. Escot regularly works with clients from across the United States. On any given day, Escot’s fleet of over 80 vehicles is on the road providing high quality transportation for our customers. Founded in 1983, Escot is in its second generation of family ownership with Brian Scott as CEO and his sister Pam Calixto as CFO. Between 1983 and 1990, Escot’s fleet expanded from 4 to 26 full size motorcoaches. By 2000 that fleet had grown to 50 with the Orlando operations center opening shortly thereafter. In 2012 Escot opened its Sarasota location and launched its Cruise Connection by Escot service which transports thousands of passengers to various cruise terminals across the state. By 2017 the fleet has grown to 85 vehicles, providing shuttle services to major clients such as Universal Studios, Orlando and the Department of Defense’s Shades of Green military resort. In 2020, even though it was a tough year in the industry, Escot added to its services by offering FliXBUS, express service from Tampa, Orlando and other Mid Florida locations to Miami and Key West.
