We have created a unique and beautiful Program that we feel best achieve the objectives of the RFP. We aim to exceed all expectations and make the City of Sunny Isles Beach shine it's brightest this Holiday Season. The lighting and displays quoted for this program are geared for everyone to enjoy, from the youngest of toddlers to the wisest of our elders. The Holiday Program includes a variety of custom displays, pole d6cor and lights to create magical moments for all residents and visitors. We have created a variety of custom designs to choose from for the LED Pole Decor and City Entrance Signs. The trees will be wrapped to illuminate beautifully and enhance each area throughout the City. Our number one goal is to make the City's holiday wish list come true. Weare ready to work alongside you to design and create your dream program. We have put together a large-scale package but please note all line items can be revised, removed, or added to, upon the City's request. A merged partnership of 2 professional commercial holiday decorating companies in the State of Florida, Christmas Designers 40+ years in business and Holiday Illuminations 25+ years in business. Our South Florida offices, located in both Broward and Palm Beach county, consist of 33 year- round employees and approximately 130 seasonal employees with a fleet of 40 truck vehicles during season. We are committed to perform the scope of work with efficiency and on -schedule as seen in the past. Christmas Designers has performed specified work in the City of Sunny Isles Beach before and is familiar with the locations and areas listed in this RFP No. 21-03-01. We feel that we have developed a beautiful program and are the most experienced company to perform the scope of work. With experience working for and within the City of Sunny Isles Beach we are committed to performing all work within the required dates as stated in this RFP. We also take service very seriously and have a dedicated Service Department working proactively to stay on top of all potential issues to reduce the City's need to call for service, if not eliminate it entirely. We also only use commercial grade light sets and bulbs which minimizes outages. Our South Florida offices, located in both Broward and Palm Beach county, consist of 33 year-round employees and approximately 130 seasonal employees with a fleet of 40 truck vehicles during season. We align our schedule to fit the timeframe of our customer and always leave room for unforeseen circumstances. We map out the most efficient plan possible. INSTALLATION Finally! It is time for the vision to become a reality. We have a large team of technicians and trucks to make sure the decor is sparkling its brightest for all visitors to enjoy in the moment and share world-wide on social media.
