AGENDA
1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Edelcup at 5:30 p.m. with the following officials
present:
Mayor Norman S. Edelcup City Manager Christopher J. Russo
Vice Mayor Isaac Aelion City Attorney Hans Ottinot
Commissioner Jeanette Gatto City Clerk Jane A. Hines, MMC
Commissioner Jennifer Levin Deputy City Attorney Fernando Amuchastegui
Commissioner George "Bud" Scholl
2. BRIEF REMARKS BY MAYOR NORMAN S. EDELCUP.
Action: Mayor Edelcup gave opening remarks.
3. REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION BY CITY ATTORNEY TO DISCUSS
SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATIONS FOR THE PENDING CASE OF TEMPLE B'NAI
ZION V. CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH.
Action: City Attorney Ottinot called the closed-door Executive Session.
4. ADJOURN TO THE 4111 FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM FOR THE CLOSED
DOOR EXECUTIVE SESSION.
Action: The City Commission adjourned to the 4`1' Floor Conference Room for the closed-
door Executive Session.
5. RECONVENE FOR ADJOURNMENT IN THE CHAMBERS OF THE CITY
COMMISSION.
Vice Mayor Aelion moved and Commissioner Scholl seconded a motion to adjourn the
meeting, and Mayor Edelcup adjourned the meeting at 6:25 p.m.
