A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH,
FLORIDA, ELECTING - JEfl >D V AS VICE -MAYOR;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Charter provides that the City Commission elect a Vice -Mayor; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, provides that there
shall be a Vice -Mayor who shall be appointed every calendar year.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE CITY COMMISSION OFTHE CITY OF SUNNY
ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Election of Vice -Mayor. That -kU'1Ffiqz V(S "geA shall be Vice -Mayor
commencing immediately, pursuant to §2.2(b) of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Municipal Charter.
Section 2.

Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
