Let us know if you have any questions. Best Regards, Tiffany Tiffany D. Neely Finance Director Hi Tiffany, In reading through the RFQ, I was wondering if it is possible for this contract to roll into design services after the city has determined what development option to go with. Sincerely, Katy Nero Associate / Director of Business Development / Winter Park, Florida | Dallas, Texas Cell: 850.687.9672 www.adgusa.org ANSWER: Good morning Katy, No, this will not roll into design services after the City has determined what development option it will proceed with. Best Regards, Tiffany Tiffany D. Neely Finance Director After further discussion with Susan, please disregard my previous response and see revised response below to question #1. Please confirm in Tab E.1, the city is only asking for Part I (A-D) and Part II of the SF330 form to be submitted. The resumes and project examples should go in Tab F, as indicated in the RFQ, in each firm’s format.  Confirmed, but please also submit Part 1 section I. Authorized Representative. The RFQ is asking for copies of all licenses in both Tabs E and Tab H. Is it acceptable to only put them in Tab H to reduce duplication? You may include copies of licenses and relevant documents in Tab E to prevent duplication.  It is then acceptable to indicate in Tab H to please see tab E for licenses. Good morning,   In reviewing RFQ N0. 21-10-01 for the Space Needs Assessment and Site Feasibility Study, we had the following questions:    In regards to the financial stability documentation, would the city permit firms that are non public companies, such as S-corps, to provide alternative documentation in addition to a statement from our CPA in place of 3-years audited financial statements? In the past, we have been able to provide our IRS tax filings or a letter of good standing from the bank in addition to a statement from our CPA.  Are we able to provide the contracts required in Tab F in a separate sealed envelope? Will the city provide a copy of the sign-in sheet from the pre-proposal meeting?   Thank you,   Gabby Hegert Senior Marketing Coordinator Architects Design Group, Inc.
