AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2021-567 PROVIDING FOR A REVISED
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on June 17, 2021, the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach ("City")
adopted Ordinance No. 2021- 567; and
WHEREAS, the effective date of said ordinance was ten (10) days after final adoption; and
WHEREAS, City staff requires additional time to implement the above referenced
ordinance, and as such, is recommending that the effective date be revised to October 1, 2021.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY
ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Incorporation of Recitals. The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby ratified
and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Ordinance
upon adoption hereof.
Section 2. Amending Effective Date. Ordinance No. 2021-567 is hereby amended to provide
for a revised effective date of October 1, 2021.
