J. Behar & Company, Inc. (RJ Behar) is most pleased to submit one (1) original and three (3) copies and one (1) <br />CD of the completed package of this Request for Qualifications No. 14 -07 -02 to provide CONTINUING <br />PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES. We are complementing our team with the addition of E Sciences, <br />Inc. who will be providing environmental assessment and testing, Professional Services Industries, Inc, who <br />will be providing Geotechnical Services and Longitude Surveyors LLC who will assist with Survey Services. We <br />have worked with these firms in the past and have developed great working relationships. <br />RJ Behar was established in 1999 as a Corporation, to provide personalized services in the disciplines of <br />engineering, planning and construction management and engineering inspection to public sector clients <br />• throughout South Florida. Our mission is to understand our client's needs, apply the necessary resources to <br />accomplish those needs, while building and maintaining long -term professional relationships with our clients. We <br />pride ourselves on meeting our client's needs through the use of proper project management and an extensive <br />quality assurance program. Repeat business is the key to our success and, as such, we recognize the need to <br />satisfy our clients. <br />RJ Behar has three offices located in Florida. Currently, we have an office in Miami -Dade County, Broward <br />County, and Palm Beach County. The project will be managed and produced from our Miami -Dade office. <br />personally will assure the overall successful completion, in terms of quality, timeliness, and budget.
