INVITATION TO BID # 24-01-01 CARPET &
FLOOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES
DATE: Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 9:00 AM
WHERE: City of Sunny Isles Beach, Government Center, 18070 Collins
Avenue Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, 1st Floor Conference Room.
PURPOSE: A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all potential bidders is
scheduled for Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 9:00 AM in the First Floor
Conference Room at the City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Center
located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160. Bids will
not be accepted from bidders who did not attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
Interested bidders MUST participate in a mandatory tour of the facilities to be
serviced, please allow 2-3 hours for this tour.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, all persons who are
disabled and who need special accommodations to participate in any meeting
because of that disability should contact the Office of the City Clerk at
305.792.1703 no later than 48 hours prior to the proceeding. If hearing impaired,
