Qualifications LMK Pipe Renewal LLC [“Pipe Renewal”] was incorporated in the State of Florida in 2006 as a limited liability corporation. We remain registered as a Florida LLC and are in full compliance with legal requirements regarding that registration. A full-service utility contractor with a workforce currently totaling thirty (30) people, it is especially active in the trenchless technology arena, with a particular focus on rehabilitating sewer laterals and providing associated services. Pipe Renewal products are fully compliant with ASTM F2561, F2599, F3097 and F3240, and our company is proud to have helped shape the trenchless technology industry into what it is today. Pipe Renewal’s main office is at 1131 NW 55 Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33309 [ the “main office”] and it is from this office that it hopes to work for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Patterson East Coast Project Manager 03/02/2015 – Present Offering more than 10 years of experience in the Environmental construction industry, with much of this experience as a Crew Supervisor and Field Technician, Collin’s experience includes safety and quality control. Collin’s current role is a Project Manager at LMK Pipe Renewal. Collin is responsible for the East Coast Project Management, on-site management safety and operations of the Excavation/Underground, CIPP, and CCTV crews. Dutes include verifying equipment maintenance, jobsite safety, material procurement and production, all in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Collin takes pride in his ability to minimize surface disruptions whether in a commercial or residential setting. He is most proud of his innate attention to detail which he exhibits daily. He is a true believer of leading by example. He ensures the crew/project paperwork and forms are completed properly in accordance with company, stte and federal regulations and delivered on time daily. His knowledge of pipeline rehab includes underground/excavation processes, utility locaation, CIPP, lateral rehabilitation and other forms of trench rehab. Collin plans and schedules personnel, equipment and materials to bring to the projects safety, within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction. Collin’s experience and knowledge of pipeline rehabilitation methods has proven him to be an essential member of the LMK team. Day or night, Collin is ready to coordinate his crew members to complete any and all jobs assigned by the Company. Basic computer and technology related skills are employed daily, i.e. working knowledge of iPad, basic data entry, familiarity with cloud-based software such as Google docs, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. Applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel, ExakTime, and eSUB apps are included requirements of his position. Approach/Methodology · Maintenance of Traffic: MOT for City of Sunny Isles Stormwater Management Preventative Maintenance Services will mainly consist of cones and signs where traffic is minimal, speed limits are 35 MPH or less and traffic can safely make its way through the work site without the aid of flagmen. Flagmen will be utilized in any area where traffic cannot safely pass through work area, for example in intersections or around corners. In areas that consist of more than one drive lane in each direction, we will utilize signs cones and an arrow board to close a drive lane.
