(CUC1225783) with over 20 years of expertise in underground utilities,
stormwater management, and drainage projects. His notable achievements
include managing utility relocations for the largest roadway improvement
project in Florida and successfully completing multimillion-dollar stormwater
projects across the state.
2.Staffin Zebarth – Project Manager
o Role: Responsible for project execution, scheduling, and coordination of on-
site activities.
o Qualifications: Staffin holds an Underground Contractor’s License
(CUC1223821) and has over 20 years of experience managing trenchless
underground maintenance and repairs. He has a proven track record of
efficiently overseeing crews and ensuring timely project delivery.

equipment for deep drainage well cleaning, stormwater catch basin maintenance, and pipeline
inspections, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding environment.
2.Consideration for Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Plan
We adhere to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) standards and the Manual on
Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) for MOT. Our plan includes deploying certified
MOT professionals to ensure public safety, reduce traffic delays, and maintain uninterrupted
vehicular flow during project execution.
