APPROACH / METHODOLOGY Service Planning and Execution Upon award of the contract, Con-Mech, Inc. will coordinate an initial meeting with designated City of Sunny Isles Beach representatives. The purpose of this meeting will be to understand the City's operational priorities by building and equipment, allowing us to tailor a custom maintenance schedule that minimizes disruption during peak working hours or scheduled events. Our approach emphasizes proactive service and minimal operational interference. Based on initial assessments and City priorities, we will: • Develop a building-by-building maintenance plan that aligns with City priorities and event calendars. • Schedule all regular preventative maintenance for completion within the first two weeks of each service month across all assigned facilities and equipment. • Deliver a comprehensive digital service report by the end of the third week of the month, documenting all work performed, observations, and recommendations. If a critical issue is discovered during regular maintenance that may pose a risk to facility operations or safety, it will be reported immediately to the City for review and authorization prior to initiating corrective actions. Emergency Response Plan – 2-Hour Response Commitment Con-Mech, Inc. provides 24/7 emergency HVAC response services as part of our standard contract support. The following outlines our emergency response procedure: • Emergency Call Line: Clients can reach us anytime at 305-414-6324.
