Q15. Scope of services mention duct cleaning – confirm if all the ductwork in the building in 10
locations needs to be cleaned and, how often duct cleaning needs to be done and can this be
under additional as-needed services and not include in the base price?
A15. Duct work in all the locations, once a year.
A15. Based on this addendum, the city is excluding the annual duct
cleanings from the general maintenance schedule and instead treating
this scope as a separate as-needed line item.
