This letter serves as a formal recommendation for Green Air Innovations, who have
successfully provided HVAC maintenance and support services for the Gordon Horn
Condominium Association for the past five years.
Throughout the duration of our contract, Green Air Innovations has been responsible for the
complete care and maintenance of the air conditioning systems across all buildings within our
association. Their scope of work has included scheduled preventative maintenance, diagnostics
and repairs, system optimizations, and equipment replacement when necessary.
