Our commitment to protecting the planet begins with innovation and ends with invention. Introducing Bioprint©. A fully recyclable biomaterial made from an extremely abundant organic material: sugar cane. The plant is turned into dehydrated bioethanol in our lab and arrives as granules in our workshop. These granules are dyed with natural colors, injected into our 3D printers and, in turn, produce our eco-friendly, biodegradable structures. From Earth to Earth, as they say. 8 plastic bottles are recycled into a 2.5' Snowflake. Also pictured is our Recyprint 3D Turtle Recycling Container C ON F I D E N TIAL | Rep r o d uct i o n , c o py i n g or us e w i t hou t p r i o r c o ns e n t i s s tric t ly p r o h i b i ted RECYPRINT© 500 billion bottles of plastic are produced each year. That’s an ocean of plastic. Every year, 8 million tons of waste end up in our oceans. It creates a mass of floating plastic equal to one-third the size of Europe. For us at Holiday Outdoor Decor, that’s unacceptable. So, a program was developed that recycles plastic from the food industry to help create the material for our displays. Reproduction, copying or use without prior consent is strictly prohibited. Sunny Isles Beach 2026 Page 83 of 83 PROPOSED PAYMENT STRUCTURE While the RFP specifies a 25% deposit, we respectfully request an initial mobilization deposit of 35%. This upfront investment allows us to immediately secure all specialized inventory and lock in current material pricing, ensuring we meet the City’s timeline while shielding the project from any mid-season supply chain fluctuations NIGHTLY SERVICE EXCEPTIONS Our team will perform the nightly service routine as specified, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. While regularly scheduled services will be suspended to allow our staff time with their families, any urgent or emergency issues can be reported through our 24-hour service line for immediate attention. Standard services will resume promptly the following evening. BACKGROUND CHECKS We commit to conducting formal background checks through the City for all permanent staff and supervisors. Given the high- volume, staggered onboarding of seasonal support staff, we propose that these individuals operate under the 'Direct Supervision' model, where they are accompanied at all times by a cleared supervisor while on City premises. RESPONSE TIME We abide by the requested two-hour response time for all active operational hours. Our standard monitoring window is 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily; communications received after 8:00 PM will be acknowledged within the first two hours of the next business day.
