Our team specializes in turnkey holiday lighting programs that combine creative design, public safety, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experience. ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN Project Management & Availability Shadrack Productions will assign a dedicated Project Manager as the primary point of contact for the City of Sunny Isles Beach throughout the duration of the contract. MAINTENANCE & SERVICE RESPONSE Repair Procedures & Response Times Shadrack Productions will provide ongoing maintenance and repair services throughout the installation period to ensure all lighting and décor remain fully operational and visually consistent. Service Response • Emergency service calls: Response within 24 hours • Standard maintenance requests: Response within 48 hours • Critical safety-related issues: Immediate priority response Maintenance Coverage Includes • Burned-out light replacement • Damaged décor repair • Wiring inspections • Controller troubleshooting • Structural attachment inspections • Weather-related repair response • Replacement of defective lighting components • Routine nighttime inspections Maintenance Reporting Procedures The City will receive designated maintenance contact information for reporting service needs. MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC (MOT) PLAN Shadrack Productions will provide and maintain all necessary traffic control devices and pedestrian safety measures required during installation and removal operations. Traffic control measures will conform to approved MOT requirements and may include: • Temporary lane closures • Cones and barricades • Warning signage • Arrow boards • Pedestrian rerouting measures • Certified traffic control personnel All MOT operations will be coordinated with City staff to minimize disruptions to residents, businesses, and vehicular traffic while maintaining safe working conditions for crews and the public. Shadrack Productions currently has its State of Florida Electrical Contractor License application in progress and is actively working to finalize all required registrations and certifications necessary to perform the scope of work outlined in this RFP. All required licensing documentation will be provided upon approval and prior to commencement of any contracted work. B. Shadrack Productions has successfully completed multiple large-scale commercial outdoor holiday lighting installation and maintenance projects throughout the United States within the past five (5) years. Detailed project experience, including project descriptions, locations, and scope of services, is included in the attached documentation. C. Attached are reference letters and supporting materials for qualifying projects completed by Shadrack Productions within the past five (5) years. These references demonstrate our experience as the primary contractor for projects of similar size, scope, creativity, and operational complexity, along with samples showcasing originality, innovation, and customized holiday lighting designs. D. Shadrack Productions maintains a stable financial position and understands the importance of demonstrating financial capability for projects of this scale. Detailed financial statements and supporting documentation will be provided upon award of the RFP or as otherwise requested by the City in accordance with procurement requirements.
