The meeting was called to order by Mayor Svechin at 3:00 p.m. with the following officials
present:

2. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS
2A. Legislative Updates by State Representative Basabe.
Action: Assistant City Clerk Marline PierreSaint read the title, and State
Representative Basabe reported.
2B. Certificate of Appreciation Presented to El Tayta, El Tropico, Megachuzo, Mozart
Cafe, Golden Chariot Indian Restaurant, Impact Computers, Xare and Cholitas
Bolivia en mi Corazon.
Action: Assistant City Clerk Marline PierreSaint read the title, and Commissioner
Stuyvesant presented.
2C. Proclamation Presented to Farrey's for 100th Anniversary.
Action: Assistant City Clerk Marline PierreSaint read the title, and Mayor Svechin
reported.

3. DISCUSSION ITEMS
3A. Discussion re: Temporary Signs Ordinance.
Action: Assistant City Clerk Marline PierreSaint read the title, and City Attorney Alain
Boileau reported.

3B. Proposed Budget Amendment Ordinance — Donation of Ambulance.
Action: Assistant City Clerk Marline PierreSaint read the title, and Mayor Svechin
reported. Hatzalah Representative presented.
City Manager and Commissioner's discussed if funds should come from this fiscal year
or next? Mayor directed City Manager to put into the discussions for next year's
budget.
3C. Re -Assignment of Budgeted Funds for Community Conversation Series.
Action: Deputy City Manager Susan Simpson read the title, and Commissioner
Stuyvesant reported.
3D. Policy on Commission Representation at Events.
Action: Assistant City Clerk Marline PierreSaint read the title, and City Manager Stan
Morris reported. City Attorney suggested an Ordinance change in the Order
Commissioners will attend meetings if Mayor or Vice Mayor cannot attend.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor'Svechin asked for a motion to adjourn, the meeting was adjourned at 4:41 p.m.
