1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Svechin at 6:20 p.m. with the following officials
present:

Commissioner Jerry Joseph
Commissioner Fabiola Stuyvesant
Commissioner Jeniffer Viscarra
2. PUBLIC HEARING
City Manager Stan Morris
City Clerk Mauricio Betancur, CIVIC
City Attorney Alain Boileau
2A. Discussion and Action re: Ordinance Repealing Chapter 150 of the Code of Ordinances,
Entitled "Exterior Walls and Awnings," Amending Chapter 265, Article II of the Land
Development Regulations, Entitled "Definitions and Rules of Construction," to Define the
City Color Palette, Creating Article XIII of the Land Development Regulations, Entitled
"Architectural and Design Standards," to Establish Citywide Design Regulations Including
Exterior Color and Material Requirements.
Action: City Clerk Mauricio Betancur read the title and Planning and Zoning Director Amy
Canales reported.
Public Speakers: none.
Vice Mayor Lama moved, and Commissioner Viscarra seconded a motion to make
recommendation to the City Commission. The motion was approved by a roll call vote of 5-0
in favor.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Svechin moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
