Revised: 9K. A Resolution Approving the Issuance of a Proclamation Recognizing September
18, 2025, as Emmanuel Machado Day in the City of Sunny Isles Beach; 9M. A Resolution
Honoring Israeli Consul General Maor Elbaz-Starinsky with a Key to the City in Recognition of
His Diplomatic Service; 9N. A Resolution Recognizing the Historical and Cultural Significance
of the Regions Known as Judea and Samaria and Affirming the Use of Historically Accurate
Terminology in Official City Communications; Add On: 9P. A Resolution Supporting the
Designation of the Russian Federation As a State Sponsor of Terrorism Under United States
Law, Urging the United States Congress and the Department of State to Enact and Implement
Legislation Consistent with the Intent of Senate Bills Introduced by U.S. Senators Lindsey
Graham and Richard Blumenthal.
