PROPOSAL Supervisory /Check In Procedures All guards upon arriving on duty shall check in with dispatch. Supervisor visit each location on a daily basis with a check in and out log and all supervisors will relieve guards of lunch breaks and if a guard is ill and or not able to perform duty supervisor on duty will report to the location until a replacement can be made. Replacement guards shall arrive soon thereafter. Health / Dental Insurance Florida Executive Security offer all employees health, dental and life insurance. Employee quarterly bonuses employee of the month bonuses. Florida Executive Security also partners with Faith Foundation of Florida to offer all employees a Faith loan when major unexpected occurrences happen all employees who after their first year anniversary are eligible. Wages for all guards are competitive starting at an annual salary for security officer 1 of 24,000 all the way to a Security officer 3 annual salary of 44,000.
