Our ability comes by means of setting an initial Program that defines the goals of the Project with respect to quality, time and costs. We have learned to administer these Programs and its implementation by means of our Construction Management abilities. We have an in-house ability to create, analyze and print Primavera P3 & P6, SureTrak and MS Projects 2007 Scheduling programs. We also have extensive estimating and pricing tools that give us an edge when negotiating Change Orders. Our past experiences in handling all levels of construction implementation and documentation, gives us the edge. As customary with our company, I always take the lead role in the Construction Management of a Project and commit myself exclusively to the Project.
