(B&A) has had an exemplary record with excellent history and quality •• delivery of its services.Since its founding in 1939,the Firm hos had few,if any, disputes with clients. However, in the course of business, it is not uncommon for A/E firms to be involved in certain disputes, most of them • from third parties incidental to the course of business. • • Currently, and specifically over the past 5 years, B&A has no major pending litigation, major disputes, • contract defaults or claims other than those listed below. Furthermore, B&A has not been terminated or • has ever failed to complete any construction job in the past five years. • • In the condominium arena it is almost certain that architects working on condominium will end up as a • party to litigation between the developer and the condominium association. Currently B&A is a party • to two such actions. B&A has resolved any issues associated with their services, but these actions stay • open until the developer settles the matter. In addition B&A is party to a suit where the client has sued • the contractor and all design consultants to resolve construction defects. B&A is working with the client • to resolve all matters. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Cba CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL& ENGINEERING SERVICES FIRMS ONLY(CCNA) • RFO No. 12-04-02 5 • • • COMPANY INFORMATION • • • • • PROOF OF INSURANCE • • Client#:31137 BERMEAJA ACORD.
