RESOLUTION NO. 02-Z-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, WITHDRAWING WITHOUT
PREJUDICE ZONING APPLICATION OF LMD ASSOCIATES,
LTD, Z2001-8 FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE
TEMPORARY STORAGE OF FILL AND CONTAINERS ON SITE
AND AN UNUSUAL USE TO PERMIT TEMPORARY PARKING
FOR CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
I. RECITALS.
WHEREAS, on May 14, 2002, the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach
conducted a public hearing on the application number 2001-8 submitted by LMD Associates
LID, for the following,
1. Special Exception to permit the temporary storage of fill, materials on site.
2. Unusual Use to permit temporary parking for construction personnel and construction
trailers in a zone restrictive than the use it serves.
LEGAL:
Tract A, Golden View, Plat Book 154 at Page 68
LOCATION:
Southeast corner of 183 St and North Bay Road
Sunny Isles Beach, Fl. 33160
And,
WHEREAS, the applicant, requested withdrawal without prejudice of the requested
item, and that they have 60 days to come into compliance.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was advertised and held as required by law and all
interested parties concerned in the matter were heard; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
II. WITHDRA W AL
The request of the applicant to withdraw without prejudice application number Z2001-08 be
granted, and that the applicant come into compliance within 60 days from approval of resolution.
