RESOLUTION NO. 97-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO SOLICIT PROPOSALS FOR THE LEASE
OF OFFICE SPACE FOR THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES
BEACH WITHIN THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH,
FLORIDA WITH SUCH PROPOSAL TO BE PRESENTED
FOR APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION AT THE NEXT
MEETING; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, at present there are no offices for the City of Sunny Isles Beach; and
WHEREAS, City offices must be established within the corporate limits of the City of
Sunny Isles Beach.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, that
Section 1. The Mayor is authorized to solicit proposals for the lease of office space for
the City of Sunny Isles Beach within the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
Section 2. The Mayor shall present such proposals to the Commission for approval at
the next meeting.
THIS RESOLUTION IS EFFECTIVE UPON ADO
