RESOLUTION NO. 98-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 97-15, ESTABLISHING A REVISED
SCHEDULE FOR CITY COMMISSION MEETINGS FOR
1998 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Commission for the City of Sunny Isles Beach desires to revise the schedule
for City of Sunny Isles Beach City Commission meetings for 1998;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:

Resolution No. 97-15,which established a revised initial schedule of City
Commission meetings, is hereby repealed.
It is the intent of the City Commission that beginning in the month of May,
City Commission meetings will be held on the second Thursday of each
month, except in the month of July, when the meeting shall be held on the
third Thursday. If a second meeting in any month becomes necessary, it shall
be scheduled.
That the revised schedule for City Commission meetings for 1998 shall be as
set forth herein:
Thursday, April 9, 1998
Thursday, April 23, 1998
Thursday, May 14, 1998
Thursday, June 11, 1998
Thursday, July 16, 1998
Thursday, August 13, 1998
Thursday, September 10, 1998
Thursday, October 8, 1998
Thursday, November 12, 1998
Thursday, December 10, 1998
THIS RESOLUTION SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE
of March, 1998.
