A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 98-40, (WHICH ESTABLISHED A
REVISED SCHEDULE FOR CITY COMMISSION
MEETINGS FOR 1998), TO RESCHEDULE THE MAY 14,
1998, CITY COMMISSION MEETING TO OCCUR ON
THURSDAY, MAY 28,1998, AT 7:00 p.m. AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Commission for the City of Sunny Isles Beach desires to revise the schedule
of City of Sunny Isles Beach City Commission meetings for the month of May;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1.
Resolution No. 98-40, which established a revised schedule of City Commission
meetings, is hereby amended in the month of May, to reschedule the May 14, 1998,
City Commission meeting to occur on Thursday, May 28, 1998, at 7:00 p.m.
Section 2.
This resolution shall become effective upon ado 'on, this 23rd day of April, 1998.
