A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING
Irving Turetsky AS VICE MAYOR FOR A PERIOD OF
ONE YEAR; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Charter ofthe City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, provides there shall
be a Vice Mayor who shall be elected in any calendar year in which there is no City election at the
first Commission meeting in the month of November of such year;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Irving Turetsky
from the date of this Resolution.
shall be Vice Mayor for a period of one year
Section 2.
This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
