Home My WebLink AboutReso 98-111 RESOLUTION NO. 98-~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH TOTAL DATA SOLUTIONS, INC., RELATING TO COMPUTER-AIDED DISPATCH AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SYSTEM ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A"; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAME; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has requested the purchase of a police interactive software system for its current laptop computers which will allow the officers, among other things, to write reports, log evidence, keep track oftraffic records and dispatch, arrest log and track investigations; and WHEREAS, Total Dade Solutions, Inc., the City's computer consultant, has agreed to supply, install and maintain the system in accordance with the terms of the Agreement attached as Exhibit "A"; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Approval of Agreement. The Agreement by and between the City of Sunny Isles Beach and Total Data Solutions, Inc. relating to computer-aided dispatch and records management software system attached as Exhibit "A" be, and the same, is hereby approved. 2. Execution by City Manager. The City Manager is authorized to execute said Agreement and make such immaterial changes as may be necessary. 3. Effective Date. Any Network problems caused through additions to the network by second or third parties are the responsibility of the customer.
