RESOLUTION NO. 99-JbJo
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
MARSHALL ADER AS A SPECIAL MASTER IN
J\CCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 98-57; PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHERJAS, Section 3. of Ordinance No. 98-57 provides that appointments of Special
Masters shall be made by the City Manager as needed, on the basis of experience for a term of one
year; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides that first time appointments shall be submitted to the
Commission for ratification; and
WHERJAS, Marshall Ader, Senior Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, has for the last
few years acted as a Special Master for Miami-Dade County, and therefore he is extremely
experienced with Code Enforcement under the Miami-Dade County Code as adopted by Section 8.3
of the City Charter of the City of Sunny Isles Beach;
NOW UIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SUNNY IStES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. Ap,poinqp.ent. Marshall Ader be, and hereby is, appointed Special Master pursuant to Code
Enforcetpent Ordinance No. 98-57.
2. Effectiv~ Date. This Resolution shall become effective upon passage.
