Dannheisser City Attorney RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the City Commission adopt, by motion, the attached resolution which includes three lines of information that were inadvertently omitted from the original resolution submitted by the former City Manager. REASONS The Trim Bill "truth in millage" F.S. 200.065 requires that the resolution adopting the final millage includes the statement "any percentage greater than the rollback rate" must be included in the resolution. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Although, as evidenced by the minutes of the Public Hearing, the "rollback" was discussed, but the required language was not incorporated into the accompanying resolution. Adopting the attached resolution rectifies the situation. Res ctfully submitted,, k eustadt,N ° tl Interim City Manager JN:pw
