A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE FOR CITY COMMISSION
MEETINGS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2000, AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission for the City of Sunny Isles Beach desires to
establish a schedule of City Commission meetings for calendar year 2000;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The schedule for City Commission meetings for calendar year 2000 shall be
as set forth herein:
3rd Thursday in January: -
Jan. 20, 2000
3rd Thursday in February: -
Feb. 17, 2000
3rd Thursday in March: -
Mar. 16, 2000
2nd Thursday in April: -
Apr. 13, 2000
TThursday in May: -
May 18, 2000
3rd Thursday in June: -
June 15, 2000
3rd Thursday in July: -
July 20, 2000
No meeting in August
2nd Thursday in September: -
Sept. 14, 2000
7 Thursday in October -
Oct. 19, 2000
3rd Thursday in November: -
Nov. 16, 2000
2nd Thursday in December: -
Dec. 14, 2000
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
October, 1999.

SUBJECT: ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF CITY COMMISSION MEETING DATES FOR
CALENDAR YEAR 2000
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached Resolution setting the schedule of
City Commission meetings for the year 2000.
REASONS:
By establishing a schedule of meetings in advance of the actual City Commission meetings, zoning
application deadlines can be designated and everyone can coordinate their personal schedules.
