A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, RE-APPOINTING MARSHALL
ADER AS SPECIAL MASTER, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY
ORDINANCE NO 98-57, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Code Enforcement Ordmance 98-57 prOVIdes that SpecIal Masters may be
reappomted at the dIscretlon of the CIty Manager for a term of one year, subject to ratlficatIOn by
the CommIssIon, and
WHEREAS, Marshall Ader, Semor Judge of the Eleventh JudIcIal CIrCUIt, has served as
a SpeCial Master for the last year, and
WHEREAS, the CIty Manager IS recommendmg the reappomtment of Marshall Ader as
SpecIal Master,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS
I Reappomtment Marshall Ader, be and hereby IS, reappomted as SpecIal Master pursuant
to CIty Code Enforcement Ordmance 98-57 for a term of one year
2 Effectlve Date ThIs Resolutlon shall become effectlve Immediately upon adoptlon
PASSED AND ADOPTED thIs 13th day of Apnl, 2000
