RESOLUTION NO. 2001-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
MAURICE DONSKY AS SPECIAL MASTER IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 98-57; PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 3 of Ordinance No, 98-57 provides that appointments of Special
Masters shall be made by the City Manager, as needed, on the basis of experience for a term of one
year; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides that first time appointments shall be submitted to the
Commission for ratification; and
WHEREAS, Maurice Donsky has acted as Special Master for various municipalities in
Miami-Dade County and extremely experienced with code enforcement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Appointment. Maurice Donsky is hereby appointed Special Master pursuant to Code
Enforcement Ordinance No, 98-57,
Section 2.
Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2001.
