A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2002-484 ESTABLISHING A REVISED SCHEDULE FOR
CITY COMMISSION MEETINGS FOR THE REMAINDER OF
CALENDAR YEAR 2002, BY CHANGING THE SPECIAL JOINT
MEETING OF THE LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY AND CITY
COMMISSION ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 20,2002, AT 7:00
P.M., AND ADDING AN ADDITIONAL MEETING ON TUESDAY,
DECEMBER 10, 2002 TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF THE LAND
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission for the City of Sunny Isles Beach desires to revise the
established schedule of City Commission meetings for the remainder of calendar year 2002 by
changing the Special Joint meeting of the Loeal PIa.ning Agency and City Commission on
Wednesday, November 20, 2002 to First Reading of the Land Development Regulations,
and adding an additional meeting on Tuesday, December to, 2002, beginning at 7:00 p.m.,
for Second Reading of the Land Development Regulations Ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The schedule for City Commission meetings for calendar year 2002 shall be revised
as set forth herein:

21ld Tuesdav in December.. Dee. 10. 2002 at 7;00 D.M.

Section 2.
This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
