A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CI1Y OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING
N ORmAl\J S . ~ "'~ L C \J P AS VICE MAYOR FOR
A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, provides that there
shall be a Vice Mayor who shall be ~lected in any calendar year in which there is no City election at
the first Commission meeting in the month of November of such year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That N D~J'f\~rJ S. E ~~c..U P shall be Vice Mayor for a period of one year from
the date of this Resolution.
Section 2.
This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
