RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA,
REAPPOINTING MAURICE DONSKY AS SPECIAL MASTER
IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 2001-141;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 4 of Ordinance No, 2001-141 provides that appointments of Special
Masters shall be made by the City Manager, as needed, on the basis of experience for a term of one
year; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides that reappointments shall be submitted to the City
Commission for ratification; and
WHEREAS, Maurice Donsky was previously reappointed last year, and has acted as Special
Master for other municipalities in Miami-Dade County;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Reappointment. The City Manager's reappointment of Maurice Donsky as Special
Master, for a period of one year, is hereby ratified by the City Commission, in accordance with Code
Enforcement Ordinance No. 2001-141.
Section 2,
Effective Date, This Resolution shall become effective upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 2003.
